Shipping

We ship worldwide 🌍 using Royal Mail.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation and tracking details where available.

Shipping times:

  • UK (Royal Mail): 2–5 working days

  • International (Royal Mail): 5–15 working days (may vary depending on customs)

Please note:
If you are ordering from outside the UK, you are responsible for any additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may occur once your parcel reaches your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs authority.

Returns

As a small business, we encourage you to shop mindfully. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our policy below:
Please email us within 14 days of dispatch of your order to arrange a return.

  • Customers are responsible for tracked return postage

  • Once your item is received back, a store credit will be issued for the order total, excluding original shipping costs

  • Returns are not accepted on discounted items or where a discount code has been used

Damaged or missing items
Please note that all items are vintage and may show signs of wear.

If you are unhappy with your item, please email us as soon as possible with a detailed description and clear images. Our customer service team aims to respond within 48 hours.

Order cancellations
We have a team working hard to process your orders, therefore we do not accept cancellations under any circumstances.
